Felecia Ward to Present and Serve as Panelist at the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College's Victoria Dabrowski Schmidt '42 Workplace & Professional Development Symposium
Leadership visibility strategist will lead a personal branding workshop and join a panel discussion on AI in the workplace
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — August 2026 — Felecia Ward, Leadership Navigator™ and founder of Felecia Ward Marketing, will present at the Victoria Dabrowski Schmidt '42 Workplace & Professional Development Symposium, hosted by the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (AADC) at the Douglass Student Center on the Douglass campus of Rutgers University. The symposium was originally scheduled for September 26, 2026 (see update above).
Ward will lead a "Personal Branding Workshop," drawing on her Strategic Leadership Visibility Framework™ to help attendees close the gap between their expertise and how visibly that expertise is recognized. She will also join a panel discussion, "The Ups and Downs of AI," addressing how emerging technology is reshaping professional development and workplace communication.
The symposium is planned to take place at the Douglass Student Center in New Brunswick, NJ, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM ET on its rescheduled date, bringing together students, alumnae, and professionals for a day of career-focused programming.
